Domiciliary Care

Our domiciliary care services are designed to enable you continue living as independently as possible in your own home. We provide care and support to people in their own homes, this includes older people, younger adults, people who have a learning disability, sensory and/or physical disabilities, dementia, illness and end of life care. Together we will develop a person centred care plan that meets your individual requirements ensuring you receive the service you want and that you get the most out of life.

Domiciliary Services include:

Support getting up and going to bed, assistance with dressing, washing, personal hygiene, eating and drinking

Accompanying you to social activities or spend time with you in your own home

Offering a well deserved break to full-time Carers by sitting with your loved ones

Our care workers can accompany clients to hospital/doctor appointments
